Through the University of Wisconsin Oshkosh, I’m working on a research project in Spring 2013 about small- to mid-sized businesses (SMBs) and their uses of social media for marketing. Part of this effort has involved discussions with local chambers of commerce in the Fox Valley, which are working to improve resources for SMB use of social media.
